Paste the district's form as the waiver link and it sits on the invitation under Handy links, then rides along in the day-before email. That is the whole of it — a link. No signature is captured, no file is stored, and nothing tells you who has and hasn't signed.

Can parents sign the permission slip here?
No, and that's the honest limit of this page. There is one link slot for a waiver or permission form: paste the district's URL and it shows on the invitation and in the day-before email. That is the entire feature. Nothing captures a signature, stores a returned PDF, or tells you which families have signed and which haven't — the office's paperwork stays the office's paperwork. What you get instead is the other half of the clipboard: a parent saying yes in writing, with a way to reach them.
How do chaperones sign up, exactly?
By claiming a line on the what-to-bring list, because that is the only sign-up sheet in the app. Write a line — “Chaperone who can drive 4” — take it to three hands with the stepper in the Food tab (twelve is the ceiling), and any parent who has replied taps “I'll bring one” and types a few words when it asks what they're bringing. It works. It also looks like what it is: the card is headed What to bring and the buttons say bring. If that will read oddly to your parents, spend a line of the invitation text saying so.
Can I set this up once for every trip this year?
No. There are no recurring events and no rota — one event is one date with one list. Three trips is three invitations and three links. If what you actually need is eight Fridays of reading helpers covered by rotating volunteers, this is the wrong tool for that part of the job, and it's better to find that out now than in October.
The bus time moved. How do I reach everyone?
Change the time and send one party update. It goes by email to every parent who left an address and stayed subscribed, and by text to anyone who ticked the SMS box when they replied. A parent who left only a mobile and skipped that box can't be reached either way — so for a 6 AM change, a line in the class group chat is still worth sending.
