Terms of Service

The service

Party RSVP lets hosts create a party invitation page, collect RSVPs, and share updates, photos and messages with their guests. Hosts are responsible for the content of their invitations and for having permission to add the guests they invite. The service is provided as-is, free of charge during our early-access period.

Acceptable use

Invitations, chat and the party album may only be used for their intended purpose. Content that is unlawful, harassing or unrelated to the event may be removed and can lead to account closure.

SMS messaging terms

The Party RSVP party notifications program sends party invitations, RSVP confirmations, event updates and reminders by text message to parents who opt in while responding to an invitation. Consent is collected through an unchecked checkbox on the RSVP form and is never a condition of attending a party.

Message frequency varies by party — typically 2–5 messages per event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and receive no further messages, or HELP for help. You can also contact support at ikushch@gmail.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
