What we collect

Party RSVP stores the information needed to run a party invitation: the host’s account email; event details the host enters; guest first names added by the host or by parents responding to an invitation; RSVP responses and optional notes; parent contact details (email address, and mobile phone number if provided) shared by parents when they reply; and photos or messages guests choose to post on an invitation page.

How we use it

Contact details are used only to deliver messages about the specific party they were shared for — invitations, RSVP confirmations, event updates and reminders. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use guest contact details for advertising.

Who can see it

A party’s guest list, replies and parent contact details are visible to that party’s host. They are also visible to us, Scripture Clock LLC, as the operator of the service: our internal admin tools list the parent email addresses and phone numbers captured across every party, and let us open an event to see its invitation, its guest list and the notes parents left when they replied. We use that access to run and support the service — checking that invitations and messages were delivered, helping hosts and parents when something goes wrong, and investigating faults.

Contact details and the notes parents write are never shown on the invitation page. A host can choose to display the guest list there, and when they do it carries first names, whether each guest is coming and how many siblings are joining — not email addresses, phone numbers or notes.

AI-generated summaries and drafts

Several features draft text with AI: the RSVP briefing that sums up where replies stand, the invitation writer, and the button that polishes host messages — updates, chat posts, reminders and thank-yous. To produce that text we send the party details to a third-party AI provider, NVIDIA, whose API hosts the model we use. Depending on the feature, that means the event details the host entered, guests’ first names and their reply status, and — for the briefing — the note each parent typed when they replied, copied word for word. If a parent writes an allergy, dietary need or other health detail in that note, it goes with the request.

We use the model’s reply only to produce the summary or draft the host asked for. The briefing is stored on the event so it is not generated again until replies change, and it is shown only to that party’s host. The email addresses and phone numbers parents give us are never part of these requests, and none of this is used for advertising or profiling. The provider handles the request under its own terms, which we do not control. The note field is optional — anything a parent would rather not have processed this way can go to the host directly instead.

Text messaging

Parents may optionally provide a mobile number and consent to receive SMS updates about a party. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver the messages through our SMS provider. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time.

Data retention and deletion

Event data is kept while the host’s account is active. Hosts can delete an event — including its guest list, responses, photos and chat — at any time from the event editor. To request deletion of your data, contact us at ikushch@gmail.com.

Cookies and analytics

We use only the cookies required to keep hosts signed in. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
